Came here with my husband as new patients. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The dental cleaning was surprisingly pleasant and the doctor was able to explain what she saw in the X-rays that were taken clearly and gave me recommendations. The overall office was bright and clean. The receptionists were kind and personable !

I’m posting again about my experience. I had previously left a positive review because the staff were helpful and respectful, but unfortunately my recent experience was the complete opposite. A front desk staff member was very rude. I rearranged my entire schedule and even canceled another appointment just to make it to my father’s visit, especially since they refused to reschedule or offer an earlier time, despite us receiving all the reminders. When we arrived, my father was not attended to at all. On top of that, a staff member called me and spoke very rudely, showing attitude instead of handling the situation professionally. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing. This was a really poor experience. I’ll be changing our dentist and would not recommend this place based on how this situation was handled. 0/10.

I’ve been to a few dental offices, but Raio Dental is truly on another level. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is warm and welcoming…you really feel like family. The office is super clean, and the front desk team, Monique and the other receptionist, are amazing, friendly, professional, and always on point. Kerry, the manager, keeps everything running smoothly (a true leader), and Dr. Bo is incredible, thorough, patient, and genuinely caring. Everyone you come across here leaves a lasting impression. You can tell they truly care about their patients, and it shows in everything they do. Highly recommend Raio Dental! you won’t regret it!

Came here on Feb 28 2026 after not going to the dentist in a number of years and i am deathly afraid of the dentist. Came in and was greeted by the receptionists and that helped me relax a bit. All of the doctors and hygienist That i encountered were amazing. This doesnt take away from the fact that i was indeed cooked from years of neglect of my teeth. Had to get a regular cleaning and a deep cleaning in the same day lmao I would recommend this dental place to anybody and remember its not that bad.

The service and customer service was excellent. They took care of me right away as a walk in The whole staff. Shout out to Monique and Dr.Bo for being super attentive and caring. Thank you, kerri and Chrissy. Also, the wonderful crew in the back.:)
